Anthony Aguirre
Late Night Host
Anthony Ray Aguirre Sr. was born and raised in the City of Stockton California. He now resides in Lodi, California. He is blessed with his wife of 32 years, Andrea Marie Ramonett Aguirre, and has two wonderful adult children, Anthony Ray Aguirre Jr., and Danielle Nicole Aguirre, and one gorgeous granddaughter Sarai Talavera Aguirre who is the most precious sweetheart ever!
He currently works for the Department of Corrections at NA Chandlerian Youth Correctional Facility where he recently completed 32 years of State Service. Since his childhood days, he always wanted to be a radio announcer or DJ, and he was thankful for the opportunity back in 1999 to work for KCJH/KYCC Your Christian Companion.
He provided coverage on Saturday afternoons and for the program Sunday Night Joy, and from there hosted the program Heavenly Jazz. In 2004, he resigned from KYCC and worked in the City of San Francisco and Sacramento for several years. When he returned to Stockton, he was hoping that he would have the opportunity to return to the ministry he enjoys doing. He appreciates that Mr. Brent Randall granted him that opportunity, because he has been back on the air for several years now, hosting Sunday afternoons and filling in for the program Late Night.
